Many of you have been asking for a BEX website for a while now, and I’m very excited with the way everything has turned out. This summer has been an awesome whirlwind that started with a feature in Avenue Magazine – Calgary, asking me where I find inspiration. Check out the interview if you missed it in the June issue of Avenue.

For any of you already familiar with BEX Vintage you also know that we have been selling our mid-century goods by appointment-only for almost 2 years now in Calgary, Alberta. That partially changed in July when BEX was asked to curate an ongoing vintage collection for sale at Bamboo Ballroom Calgary (Instagram: bamboo_ballroom_yyc). This has been such a fun opportunity for us to indulge in picking not only 1950s/60s items, but adding some 70s/80s vintage to our repertoire, along with a healthy dose of glam and Hollywood Regency style. You can find the BEX collection for Bamboo Ballroom at their new Inglewood store, 1218 9 Ave SE, Calgary.

August was all about adding the final touches to the BEX website. We have had many requests for shipping in the last couple years and have kept everything local, but we will now be offering shipping for specific items on our site. For now, larger items will be staying here and can be viewed by appointment and picked up in central NW Calgary.
