R. Huber Sectional Sofa

Calling this one a mcm unicorn! I’ve only seen a few of these modular sectional sofas by R. Huber, and none that have been reupholstered. Super rare, with teak plinth base for each piece, and with integrated teak side table. I added a new ottoman that matches very nicely (included with sectional). Full redo in 2023 of foam, and high end Fonda - Frost boucle fabric from Maxwell Fabrics, (100,000 rub count, aprox $200 per yard - 20 yards used for this sectional). All pieces are tagged underneath with R. Huber labels. Excellent condition throughout, very comfy. Pieces can be arranged however you like with teak table incorporated between pieces if desired, and can be bolted together through the bases to keep all the pieces tightly arranged. A one of a kind sectional sofa for your home, what a beauty!

R. Huber & Co. was a prominent Canadian furniture maker from Toronto, Ontario. Known for producing high quality teak furniture in the 1960s and 1970s, influenced by Danish modern design. Most notably, their teak framed Scoop Chair and Sofa were extremely popular.
